ABOUT THE PROGRAM

This initiative equips Jewish community leaders with skills to address critical issues in leadership. It explores big questions and Jewish values, emphasizing collaboration. Participants will enhance their understanding of antisemitism and Jewish democratic values. The program builds confidence in managing crises and fostering resilience. Networking and mentoring opportunities will help leaders connect and solve challenges together.

By Participating in CLI, You Will:

Increase Awareness, Knowledge, and Understanding

Enhance your awareness and understanding of complex contemporary issues affecting Jewish communal leadership, including the intersection of politics, pluralism and identify, antisemitism, anti-Zionism, and the balance between Jewish and democratic values.

Build Capacity

Build confidence and competence in navigating contentious public discourse and foster resilient organizations.

Make Connections

Foster personal and inter-organizational networks for mutual support for leaders under pressure, sharing best practices and collective problem-solving.
