Powered by the Pauline Foster Women’s Philanthropy Leadership Institute and facilitated by Rabbi Yael Ridberg and Heather Wolfson, Yesod merges Judaic text study, business skills, leadership theory, and experiential application. Yesod is designed to nurture and develop empowered and skilled leaders while helping to build a pipeline of outstanding future volunteer leadership.
As a participant in Yesod, you can expect to:
Gain hands-on leadership experience.
Engage with other emerging and established female leaders in your community.
Learn through interactive case studies, Jewish text study, and skill-building exercises. Topics include: Your journey to leadership, power and influence, growing from failure, mentoring and growing others, vision, change management, communication, and more.
Work with inspiring and seasoned leadership trainers.
Yesod participants are a select group of Jewish female-identifying individuals who want to have an impact on our community. Interested individuals must complete this application by Friday, August 14, 2020 (participants will be notified no later than September 9, 2020).
(classes will be 90-minute Zoom sessions)
Note: In the application, you will be asked to rank your preferred meeting time. Based on the final selection of cohort participants, we will select the best time (morning, afternoon, or evening) for the group.
