Three San Diego Leaders Join National Young Leadership Cabinet

Jewish Federation of San Diego is proud to celebrate the acceptance of three local leaders into National Young Leadership Cabinet, Jewish Federations of North America’s premier leadership development program for emerging Jewish leaders and philanthropists.
Nataly Bramzon, Simon Guindi, and Marissa Nemirofsky have been selected to join a distinguished network of volunteer leaders committed to strengthening Jewish communities locally, across North America, in Israel, and around the world.
Nataly Bramzon
Born in Tel Aviv and raised in Washington, Nataly Bramzon now calls San Diego home. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University and has spent the past decade working in the technology sector, primarily in Tel Aviv.
Her work has focused on helping companies expand in the U.S. market through strategic partnerships and go-to-market initiatives, particularly within the renewable energy and sustainability sectors. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nataly has served in nonprofit leadership roles supporting career development and sustainability-focused initiatives.
An avid runner, hiker, and traveler, Nataly has completed both the New York City and Tel Aviv Marathons and volunteers her time helping train disabled athletes to run marathons. She and her husband are proud parents to their daughter, Clara, and their dog, Lola.
Simon Guindi
Simon Guindi moved to San Diego from Mexico City as a child and grew up in the local Jewish community. Ater earning a degree in Psychology from American University, he spent several years in New York City working in finance while helping launch nonprofit and cultural initiatives focused on education, youth leadership, and humanitarian causes.
Today, Simon is the founder of SPƎNGLISH (ñ), a multicultural lifestyle brand that explores Latino, Jewish, and global identity through storytelling, design, and commerce. He also owns and operates hospitality concepts throughout Southern California while leading brand strategy and creative direction projects across the United States and Mexico.
Based in Coronado, Simon remains passionate about community building, entrepreneurship, and fostering meaningful cultural connections.
Marissa Nemirofsky
Marissa Nemirofsky is a philanthropic advisor and proud Philadelphian whose career has connected her with leading philanthropic communities across New York, Florida, and Southern California. She has held leadership positions at Columbia University Medical Center, Cornell University, UC San Diego, and Hospital for Special Surgery, contributing to several successful multi-billion-dollar fundraising campaigns.
Her commitment to community extends well beyond her professional work. Marissa has volunteered with Jewish Federation of San Diego, Women’s Philanthropy, the Anti-Defamation League, Jewish Book Council, New Destiny Housing, and Row New York. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Public Health from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.
The selection of Nataly, Simon, and Marissa reflects the strength and diversity of Jewish leadership in San Diego. Through their professional accomplishments, volunteer service, and commitment to community, each brings a unique perspective to Cabinet and the broader Jewish community.
About National Young Leadership Cabinet
Established in 1963, National Young Leadership Cabinet is Jewish Federations’ premier five-year leadership program for leaders ages 30-45. The program develops emerging Jewish leaders through leadership training, philanthropy, advocacy, and immersive experiences that deepen their connection to Jewish communities around the world.
Cabinet members participate in leadership retreats, international study missions, advocacy opportunities, and national gatherings, building lifelong relationships while expanding their impact as communal leaders.
All Cabinet members are endorsed by their local Jewish Federation and share a commitment to strengthening Jewish life for current and future generations.
