Join Chai as we venture to The Spice Way in Encinitas for a St. Petersberg Vodka infusing class and a cooking demo. Debbie Kornberg, owner and resident chef of The Spice Way, will walk us through two appetizers – latkes with flair and zesty pita bread with a fresh tahini dip. Then, Irina Ossovski, owner and infusion extraordinaire of St. Petersburg Vodka, will teach us how to infuse vodka cocktails. You will receive a DIY kit to make your own signature infused vodka.
