As CPR is for the heart, QPR is for the mind! In honor of Suicide Prevention Month, Jewish Family Service of San Diego will host this free QPR Suicide Prevention Training in North County. QPR is designed to give members of the general public the basic skills necessary to recognize the warning signs that someone may be contemplating suicide.

This training is intended for anyone in a position to recognize a crisis and the warning signs that someone may be contemplating suicide: parents, friends, neighbors, teachers, faith leaders, doctors, nurses, office supervisors, caseworkers, firefighters, and many others.
