Parenting Children with Special Needs: Finding Your Family's Health Balance

Meeting the needs posed by developmental challenges, mental health challenges, physical challenges, or past traumatic experiences can easily overwhelm parents. We’ll discuss how to manage the stressors that come along with meeting your family’s unique needs and find a healthy balance. Specific topics will include advocating for your child in the system, caring for your family relationships, caring for yourself, and how to encourage your child’s continued progress and development.
