This is an experience for all people who desire to explore their body and express through music and movement. It is a safe space rooted in the value of nonjudgmentalness. Prior dance experience is not required.

Neshama means soul. In this ecstatic dance space we connect mind, body, and soul through by exploring our bodies. We will express our thoughts, our feelings, our beingness through our embodied movement experience. There will be music and a crescendo of musical moods. The playlist will reflect world music, modern and aged favorites, transcendental tunes, and slower beats. Talia will be guiding us through the movement journey.
