Gary Fybel, FACHE  Chief Executive, Senior Vice President, Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla  will share insight how Scripps Health restructured to a complete system-wide horizontal leadership structure in a move to successfully meet the significant and unexpectedly swift financial challenges posed by health care reform.

Leigh Johnson will explain why fulfillment is defined as “satisfaction or happiness as a result of fully developing one’s abilities or character” and lead a workshop on the power of positive thinking.
