Join Rabbi/Dr. Yehuda Shabatay for the second in a series of discussion topics: The third section of the Bible contains 13 widely different books: poems (Psalms, Song of Songs); historical works (Ruth, Esther, Daniel, Ezra, Nehemiah and Chronicles), and theological discussions in various forms (Proverbs, Lamentations, Job, and Ecclesiastes). The most popular among them is the Book of Psalms, not only among Jews, whohse prayer book is filled with numerous segments of that book, but among Christians and Muslims, too. Islam teaches its followers that Psalms contains a genuine divine revelation to Daud (David), a trusted messenger of God. Please feel free also to come at 9:15 for Sunday minyan and/or stay from 11-noon for the Rabbi's Torah study.
