Shishi on the Farm for Yom Haatzmaout (Tarbuton) Falafal/Salads. Possible hands on picking vegetables on the farm for use in Salads. “Al Ha Eish”, is the rage in Israel for this Holiday. (on the fire/grill). With a no meat policy at the Farm, we’ll do Falafel recipes and a variety of the Israeli/middle eastern salads such as hummus, baba ganush, turkish salad.
