This interactive movement workshop is an opportunity to explore the method of “contact improvisation” with celebrated Israeli dancer and choreographer Edo Ceder. Improvisation in movement provides the opportunity to move and enjoy our own body, find stories inside, collaborate with others, and create art. In this workshop we will explore and experiment the power of movement within ourselves and community.
