"Take a Swing for Seniors” is proudly presented by Seacrest Foundation and the Guardians of San Diego. This Annual Golf & Tennis Tournament will be held on Monday, October 24, 2022 at Park Hyatt Aviara Resort & Golf Club. The tournament day includes golf, tennis and pickleball, a raffle, online auction, a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception, and awards ceremony. All proceeds from this very special event will directly benefit the Resident Assistance Fund at Seacrest Village Retirement Communities, providing housing and healthcare services for the community’s elderly.

All registration fees include tournament play, multiple contests and awards, green/court fees, snacks and beverages, access to the resort facilities, a special commemorative gift, box lunch, cocktail party, hors d’oeuvres, open bar, and awards ceremony. Early bird golfers will save $100 if registered by September 5th, and individuals under 40 years have a special discounted rate of $250. The evening reception will include a silent auction and raffle drawing with multiple winners with a first prize of $1,000 cash. All activities will be held outdoors for maximum safety precautions, and this is a rain or shine event.

Individual tickets for golfers are $425 “Early Bird,” $525 after September 5, 2022, and golfers 40 & Under (Rising Leaders) are just $250. Tennis and Pickleball players are $225 each. Tickets to attend the cocktail party and awards reception are $100.

Over 150 participants are expected to attend and celebrate the many residents and families whose lives have been touched as a result of the care and services they receive. In honor of the 30th year of the tournament, the first $30,000 in sponsorships and underwriting will be matched by presenting sponsor, William Gumpert Foundation.
