Shabbat San Diego is back! Join us on November 14-17.

Together with over 1,500 cities in 101 countries around the world, we’ll forge one heart, ignite the spark that creates a meaningful Shabbat, build strong bonds of a unified San Diego community and connect to our global identity with pride.

  • Challah Bakes at 5 locations throughout San Diego including a Pink Challah Bake in Chula Vista
  • Shabbat Dinners and lunches will be held at various synagogues and organizations as well as hosted in private homes
  • Open congregational services and events
  • Festive Community Unity Havdalah and Concert at The Observatory in North Park with the exciting Ezzy Gluck and Band from New York
  • Enjoy a Day of Learning at the JCC with over 20 TAPESTRY lectures to choose from in the morning, and nine fascinating free lectures in the afternoon including discussions with two remarkable women Holocaust survivors who have recently published their memoirs
