On Saturday, June 10^th, more than 200 NextGeners filed into the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines for the annual NextGen Showcase. The Showcase is San Diego’s biggest Jewish young professionals engagement event of the year. Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, desserts, cocktails, live entertainment, dancing, and more - all while hearing the inspiring case to step up and take responsibility for our collective Jewish future.

Three community partners were featured, Tribe at Beth Israel, AIPAC and ADL. All of these amazing organizations gave moving presentations about the import work they do and their impact on the community.

The NextGen Philanthropy Showcase is all about empowerment and the guests walked out with a greater understanding of the multitude of ways to be an active member of the San Diego Jewish community. This event is part of a greater movement to ingrain philanthropy into the next generation of Jewish leaders here in San Diego and to put to practice the motto, “be the change you wish to see in the world.”
