Immigrants & Refugees: A Jewish Call to Action

800 members of the Jewish community and its allies turned out for a very special event “Immigrants & Refugees: A Jewish Call to Action.”

The event was organized by ADL San Diego, Jewish Family Services of San Diego, Jewish Federation of San Diego County, and Leichtag Foundation. 

The evening included an assortment of speakers and elected officials including Assemblyman Todd Gloria (District 78), City Councilmember Barbara Bry (District 1), Rabbi Yael Ridberg (Congregation Dor Hadash), Rabbi Scott Meltzer (Ohr Shalom Synagogue), Rabbi Avi Libman (Congregation Beth El), Charlene Seidle (Leichtag Foundation), Michael Hopkins (Jewish Family Services of San Diego), and Tammy Gilles (ADL San Diego).
