California to Vote on Anti-BDS Legislation

The California Assembly is scheduled to vote on Assembly Bill 2844, which includes strong anti-BDS wording that will stop anti-Semitism from being state funded.

The bill, introduced by Assembly Member Richard Bloom, will prohibit public entities, which includes state and local entities, from entering into contracts with any company that is participating in the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement.
