This past Thursday, over 60 young adults came together for the ultimate Birthright reunion: Birthright Alumni Day at Petco Park. The event is the first of its kind, bringing together young adults who have shared a common experience in Israel. NextGen teamed up with the Padres to offer discounted tickets to all San Diegans that had participated in a Birthright trip. The evening started off with a pregame gathering at Stone Brewery inside the park overlooking Downtown and the Coronado bay. Participants from various trips had the chance to reconnect, meet fellow alumni, and take advantage of some free giveaways!
 
After some craft beers and some laughs, the Birthright Alumni headed to their seats to watch the Padres take on the San Francisco Giants for the final time this season. The game ran long, but ended in a victory for the home team – ending off a fun-filled evening for our San Diego Birthright Community.
