Sixteen-year-old Masha Shepelevich of Minsk, Belarus, recently made history by becoming the first contestant from the Former Soviet Union to win one of the top 3 spots at the International Bible Quiz in Israel, which is co-sponsored by The Jewish Agency. Chairman Natan Sharansky congratulated Masha on her historic achievement.
