Powered by the Pauline Foster Women’s Philanthropy Leadership Institute and facilitated by Rabbi Yael Ridberg and Heather Wolfson, Yesod merges Judaic text study, leadership theory, and experiential application. Yesod is designed to nurture and develop empowered and skilled leaders while helping to build a pipeline of outstanding future volunteer leadership. This highly selective program brings together a collaborative cohort of diverse Jewish professionals, representing the broad array of organizations and affiliations within the San Diego Jewish community.
