Every May, we celebrate Jewish American Heritage Month, honoring the rich history, enduring contributions, and vibrant culture of American Jews. The Padres’ Jewish Heritage Celebration returns on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 6:40 PM, when they take on the Phillies. We invite you to join Jewish Federation of San Diego and fellow community members on the Western Metal Rooftop for this annual celebration.
The evening will open with a special community moment as Federation President & CEO Heidi Gantwerk sings the national anthem, followed by Rabbi Scott Meltzer of Ohr Shalom Synagogue taking the mound to throw out the first pitch in honor of 100 years of Jewish life on 3rd and Laurel.
Your rooftop experience includes:
