The Role
The Executive Director of Legacy of Light Goldberg Institute for Holocaust Education (LLGI) provides visionary, strategic, and operational leadership.. This individual is responsible for setting and advancing LLGI’s vision and strategy; overseeing programs, staff, and budget; leading fundraising and donor engagement; and activating an advisory board aligned with LLGI’s core objectives.
The Executive Director serves as the primary ambassador and thought leader for LLGI, positioning the Institute as a regional and emerging national model for innovative, inclusive, and impactful Holocaust education.

Physical Requirements and Equipment
The employee must be able to sit, stand, walk, speak, and hear regularly; occasionally lift up to 25 pounds; and crouch, stoop, or reach. Travel for meetings and events is required, including occasional evenings and weekends. This role is primarily onsite, with some flexibility for remote work on Fridays.
