April 25 – April 26
Join us for a transformative weekend of spiritual and mystical exploration with guest Rabbi Matthew Ponak. Through Jewish history, sacred text, and Kabbalistic wisdom, Rabbi Ponak—alongside mindfulness and spirituality scholars from our community—will guide participants in deep reflection, immersive learning, and embodied practice. This weekend offers meaningful tools to cultivate mindfulness, presence, and spiritual grounding in everyday life. No prior knowledge is needed—come as you are.
